Event Recap: WiW NY Holiday Party

On Dec 4, 2014, Women in Wireless NYC/Tri-State held its holiday party at Stout. We had 119 people attend the event, raising just over $3000 in both ticket sales and raffle tickets.

Event Recap: Mobile Marketer's Mobile Women to Watch 2014

Mobile Marketer presented its first Mobile Women to Watch 2014 Summit on Tuesday, Nov. 5 in New York. Just over 100 attendees joined the Mobile Marketer team to listen to female executives from Ford, Macy’s, Gilt Groupe and others discuss their mobile strategies, as well as the opportunities and challenges that women face in mobile marketing today.

Multi-City Networking Event - New York Recap

Women in Wireless launched their new Tri State (NY, NJ, CT) chapter along with the Multi-City event on September 10, 2013 at the DataXu offices in NYC. The event was fortunate to have five sponsors including Celtra, DataXu, Medialets, AdTheorent, and Vdopia. DJ Sarah Sims also donated her time to keep the music going throughout the night.

The event drew over 100 attendees, who participated in a speed networking session hosted by Celtra. Participants also had fun in the photo booth and shared pictures of the event via Instagram using the hashtag #WIWGlobal. There was a lot of discussion and laughter at the event; the chapter team received many questions and interest from other ladies hoping to become more active in the organization.  Also in attendance were brands such as Macy’s, Jetblue, and Saks 5th Avenue as well as agencies such as M&C Saatchi, BPN, and TWA.
