Most recently she was EVP, Corporate Development and CMO at SendMe, a $100M+ mobile
entertainment company. Previously, she was a VP & GM at QuinStreet, a $300M+ online
marketing company, helping the company grow from 50 to 500 employees in her 6 years
there. She started her career in strategy management consulting with McKinsey. Aurelie has
been involved with Women In Wireless for over 3 years. She drove Global Expansion by
helping start every single Chapter of Women In Wireless, and then nurturing them into mature
outposts. Each year, she organizes a Global Networking Event that engages over 1,000 women
worldwide around the Women In Wireless mission.

Emily McInerney is the co-president of Women in Wireless, a 10,000-member nonprofit organization
that empowers and develops female leaders in mobile and digital media. She is also the director of
marketing at Tapjoy, a global leader in mobile app-tech and monetization, where she is responsible for
the oversight of product marketing, direct marketing, and Tapjoy brand awareness with marketers and
developers. Prior to Tapjoy, Emily was the international associate communications director for Universal
McCann, where she helped the ad agency launch the Windows Phone and Windows 8 campaign from its
Australian office. She started her career as an associate media planner at Organic, Inc. Emily graduated
with a B.A. in political science and history from the University of California, Davis.

Natalie supports the Eniac portfolio and helps guide strategic planning, outreach, and execution
within the firm, including the M1 (“MobileFirst”) Summit, held twice per year.
Natalie has worked for a number of startups in the realms of educational technology and website development. Most notably, as Product and Partnerships Manager at Socrative (acquired by MasteryConnect), she helped manage strategic partnerships within schools and districts, while also developing an SBIR grant proposal, which was awarded in the summer of 2014.
Natalie also conducts academic research at the Harvard Business School focused on Organizational Leadership, Management, Learning, and Smart Cities under Amy C. Edmondson, the Novartis Professor of Leadership and Management. An advocate for student startups, she has worked with Rough Draft Ventures as a Community and Content Lead.

Judy Hamilton is the CEO and Founder of TerraTap Technologies Inc., creators of the award winning mobile content delivery system neartuit. At TerraTap, Judy is responsible for developing the strategic vision for the product and managing all business partner and strategic alliance negotiations. For her work at TerraTap, Judy has been awarded Entrepreneur of the Year and is listed as one of the Top 30 Mobile Advertising Influencers of 2014.
Judy has a passion for helping businesses understand and use mobile technology to increase engagement with their customers, is an active supporter of women in technology and mentors women entrepreneurs starting their own businesses. Liz Horowitz is Vice President Sales at Yext, the leader in Digital Presence Management. Liz works with enterprise companies with 400 or more locations who need better control of their online local data. Prior to Yext, Liz was VP Sales at Hipcricket for 4 years where she led sales of mobile marketing and advertising programs for brands such as MillerCoors, Mondelez, DPSG and McDonald's. Before Hipcricket, Liz was Sales Director at AOL and ABC Radio Networks.



Gina Scheffel is an Advertising Sales Account Executive at mNectar, a startup focused on mobile application streaming, where she is responsible for driving relationships with partners whose goal is to grow their mobile user base. Prior to mNectar, Gina was at Apartment List helping to change the online marketplace for apartment rentals.
She started her career at Hamilton Zanze, a real estate syndicate, where she spearheaded the build out of the online consumer marketing platform and designed a critical path system to manage growth. Gina graduated from the University of California Davis with a B.S. in Design and Managerial Economics.
Laura Wright Teclemariam is a technically inclined Senior Product Manager, powered with hands- on experience in the marketing and mobile development space. Currently she works for Electronic Arts, one of the world’s largest Game Publishers and is recognized for critically acclaimed high-quality blockbuster franchises such as The Sims™, Madden NFL, FIFA Soccer, Need for Speed™, Battlefield™, and Mass Effect™. She leads EA’s Mobile Platform products, which builds core technologies for all their mobile games.
Petra is a co-founder & Executive Vice President at Smaato, the largest independent Global Mobile Advertising Exchange. Petra is a pioneer in the mobile industry. She is one of the first women to co- found a mobile company in 2005 and successfully growing the business to become a Global Leader in Mobile Advertising with headquarter in San Francisco and offices in Hamburg, Singapore, New York, London, Milano, Mumbai and Jakarta.
Prior to her career in Mobile she was a pioneer in E-commerce. As a founding member of Intershop Inc. in 1996, Petra was instrumental in growing the company from a start-up to a publicly listed company with a market cap of $12B and worldwide offices in Europe, Asia, Australia and South America. She was responsible for Intershop’s $25M licensing deal with Deutsche Telekom and their subsequent investment in the company. As VP of Business Development and Strategic Alliances she had responsibility for all strategic, business and technical partnerships globally.
Prior to Intershop Petra did market entry strategies for IT companies in the US and Europe. Petra has over 20 years of business experience in the US, Europe and Asia. At Women In Wireless, she co- founded emerging chapters in Germany and Singapore and is now Co-Chair, International and Local Chapters. developments. Prior to moving into adtech/mobile advertising, Tatjana was an early founding partner of successful shopping app Yoints, where she led project management.

Since 2010 Jeni has been a leader on the Smaato (formerly Adsmobi) Americas team based in New York city. Prior to taking on the role of Regional Sales Director with Smaato (Adsmobi) she was the global leader in Sales revenue for 2012. She is now responsible for overseeing the New York office and team revenue and managing all Direct Media buys on the Smaato exchange. Working with a combination of agencies, brands and mobile networks gives her the well rounded client services and sales experience to go beyond expectations and goals.

Randi Levine has over a decade of mobile marketing and advertising
experience, and currently consults in the start-up arena, in New York
City. She previously worked at AOL, Charles Schwab, Hewlett-Packard and Visa.
Randi was part of Charles Schwab's product marketing team that initially developed the mobilization of their retail retirement accounts in 2000. Additionally, she launched new product offerings of the first mobile intelligent devices with embedded technology at Hewlett-Packard. She's passionate about new technology and creating innovative products.

Ali Rayfield acts as associate on the Executive Women's Initiative committee. She is CRO at Kiip and brings 14 years of experience in digital advertising, publishing
and sales. Ali is responsible for leading Kiip's sales efforts, creating new revenue opportunities
and establishing Kiip as the leader in moments marketing.
Prior to joining Kiip, Ali spent 6.5 years at
Millennial Media where she worked closely with advertising partners to navigate and succeed in the
ever-growing mobile advertising market. Ali led the NorthEast and MidAtlantic sales teams — driving

Maria Ocampo has been in the Mobile Industry since 2005 and in
Interactive Advertising since the late 90’s where she worked at Grey
Advertising creating some of the very first online site and digital campaigns.
Maria led the Client Publisher Service teams at both Third Screen Media
and Crisp at the inception of Mobile Advertising and Content Management.
After many years working in NY on the agency side, publisher side and for several technology start ups Maria moved to Austin to lead mobile initiatives in one of the fasted growing tech and start up environments. She worked at Collider Media that focused on data and technology to support targeted mobile advertising. received her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from

Rubicon Project as the Director of Mobile, Sheltraw was the co-founder and CEO
of the last minute salon and spa booking app, Chair.
Sheltraw began her career at the mobile agency,
Xtopoly, as the 4th employee, leading the Account Management team.
In 2011, Sheltraw joined the global production agency, Velti, as the Lead

Stacy Dieter is a seasoned executive with 17+ years of sales, business development and marketing experience with large scale partners that include top fortune 500 companies and top tier agencies and organizations.
She is currently the VP of Business Development and Strategic Accounts at SponsorPitch, focusing on sponsorship sales, corporate social responsibility, cause-related marketing and strategic client relations.
