Charlotte Fors is the Vice President of Sales Americas at mBlox Inc., the world’s largest mobile transaction network that accelerates mobile payments and enables rich mobile interaction and communication between brands and consumers. She is also the President & Founder of Women in Wireless. Charlotte has successfully managed sales teams in Europe and the US to exceed revenue targets, create sale strategies and to promote revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Charlotte has a background as a Strategy consultant with a leading management and IT consulting firm. She earned a MBA at Linkoping University in Sweden and was a PhD student at the International School of Management and Industrial Engineering.



Veronika Sonsev is the CEO and Founder of inSparq.com, a social communication company. She is also the President & Founder of Women in Wireless. In her 12-year career as a business development and strategy executive for AOL and Jumptap, Veronika has built new business lines, developed strategic partnerships and launched international markets. Veronika earned an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Economics from American University. She serves on the advisory boards of Jumptap, Thinkstreams and Pocket Hurricane.

Diana Epstein is a Senior Account Executive at Drawbridge, the leader in cross-device targeting and attribution. She is also a Co-Chair of the Communications & Outreach Committee. Diana handles the social media for Women in Wireless and has run the Twitter initiatives for Green Is, a green events company. She also serves on the Advisory Board of the non-profit New Eyes for the Needy. Diana graduated from Boston University with a BA in Journalism.

Heidi E. Lehman is the Co-Founder and CEO of MoxieQ, a new Digital and Social Media driven Talent Agency with a portfolio of “Tastemakers” who are Lifestyle Experts to Celebrities. MoxieQ has partnerships with Bravo TV, Ad.ly Celebrity Network and distribution relationships with US Mobile Operators such as Sprint, T-Mobile, and MetroPCS. Prior to forming MoxieQ, Lehman was the Co-Founder and vice president of strategic alliances for mobile ad network Third Screen Media, which was acquired by AOL in 2007.

Lehmann also has been very active in the Mobile Marketing Association and was the co-chair of the group’s mobile advertising committee that produced the first industry-sanctioned set of mobile ad standards.

She also is the co-chair of the Women in Wireless; a group devoted to empowering and developing female leaders in mobile and digital content, and recently spoke on a panel at the CTIA Wireless 2011 show that focused on women executives who are launching start-ups.



Jennifer Lum is the Chief Strategy Officer and Cofounder of Adelphic, a leading mobile demand side platform. Prior to Adelphic, Jennifer played significant roles at Apple, Quattro Wireless and m-Qube, working with Fortune 500 brands and building industry-leading mobile marketing and advertising platforms.

Jennifer mentors startups through the organizations MIT, TechStars and 500 Startups and was recognized in Business Insider’s "Most Powerful Women in Mobile Advertising,” Inc.com’s "Women to Watch" and Boston Business Journal's "Top 40 Under 40.

Maria Mandel Dunsche is vice president, Marketing at AT&T AdWorks. She is responsible for launching the AT&T AdWorks brand and currently oversees the division’s trade marketing, product marketing, research, training, and the AT&T AdWorks Lab.

Mandel Dunsche is a digital native with more than 20 years of experience in marketing and advertising across TV, online, mobile and emerging media. Prior to joining AT&T, she was senior partner, executive director of Digital Innovation at Ogilvy and founder of the NA Digital Lab. Mandel Dunsche consulted across Ogilvy’s group of agencies on emerging communication platforms including advanced TV, mobile marketing, gaming, digital out-of- home and social media.

Previously, Mandel Dunsche held executive management positions in digital groups at Draftfcb, Lowe Worldwide and Ammirati Puris Lintas. Her client-side experience includes a role as a brand manager at Kraft Foods. Mandel Dunsche has served as North American Chair and Chair Emeritus of the Mobile Marketing Association (MMA) and was a founding member of the American Association of Advertising Agencies’ (AAAA) Mobile Committee. She has been a judge for the Interactive Advertising Bureau’s (IAB) MIXX Awards and the Direct Marketing Association International’s ECHO Awards and served on its Board of Governors.

Over the course of her career, Mandel Dunsche has received more than 40 industry awards, including three ECHO awards and seven Caples Awards, and was listed as one of Business Insider’s 2013 Most Powerful Women in Mobile Advertising and Multichannel News’ Top 40 Under 40. She is a frequent speaker and contributor in many industry events and publications.

Mandel Dunsche received her bachelor’s degree in economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She is an adjunct professor at the Stern School of Business at New York University, where she teaches a course on digital marketing.


Ms. Marriott has been Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) and Board Chairperson (acting) since October 2010. Prior to this she served as NeoMedia’s Chief Marketing Officer and has been an active member of the NeoMedia Board of Directors since January 2009. Before joining NeoMedia, Ms. Marriott ran her own mobile consultancy helping companies engage the mobile channel in their day to day business. Ms. Marriott has also served as President of the Mobile Marketing Association (“MMA”) from 2005 – 2009 and, earlier, as Director of Marketing for Intrado, Inc.

During her tenure at the MMA, the organization’s membership experienced substantial growth, established global headquarters and regional chapters throughout the world, and developed guidelines for the industry. Named one of the industry’s Mobile Women to Watch 2010 by Mobile Marketer, Top 50 US Executives by Mobile Entertainment and Top 10 Women in Wireless by FierceMarkets, Marriott is highly regarded for her global voice and expertise on mobile marketing. Marriott is published in industry publications and quoted in broadcast, print, and radio world-wide.


Melissa is a senior associate in the corporate and securities group of Gunderson Dettmer Stough Villeneuve Franklin & Hachigian, LLP, where she represents emerging growth companies and venture capital funds in fields including mobile and social technologies, online media, and software and services. Her practice includes equity and debt financings, M&A and public offering transactions, and providing guidance on corporate governance, employment and intellectual property matters. Melissa also acts as outside legal counsel to Women in Wireless.

Previously, Melissa was the General Counsel of Boxee, Inc., which developed media streaming software and hardware including a cloud­based DVR, until it was acquired by Samsung Electronics in 2013.

Melissa began her legal career as an associate in the New York office of Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton, after receiving her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and B.A. in Physical Anthropology from Columbia University.


CEO & Co-Founder of LocalResponse

With over 12 years experience in innovating marketing technologies through several successful startups to date, Nihal Mehta, is a noted expert in the emerging adoption of mobile technologies for media properties and consumer brands. Named a top 10 NYC ‘game changer’ in the 2010 New York Enterprise Report, one of twenty RCR Wireless News ‘mobile movers and shakers’ in 2008, a BusinessWeek ‘M-Commerce Baron’ in 2006 and named one of AdAge’s ‘top 20 marketers in their 20s’ in 2005, Nihal is currently CEO and co-founder of LocalResponse, Inc. which helps marketers respond to “check-ins”. Prior to LocalResponse, (which pivoted from buzzd, a leading real-time city guide), Nihal founded ipsh!, one of the first full-service mobile marketing agencies in 2001, which he sold to Omnicom (NYSE: OMC) in 2005. Nihal is also a Founding General Partner at the world’s first venture fund focused on mobile startups, ENIAC ventures, and is an active angel investor including investments/advisories in Admob (sold to Google), Greystripe (sold to Valueclick), Movoxx (sold to Adenyo). Nihal graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a BA in Philosophy and a BSE in Computer Science.



Denise has long brought her very significant marketing, sales and product management expertise to the task of developing global brands. Over a career that spans 20 years, she has built and led global marketing teams for high-growth, category-creating tech-companies and guided a number of businesses through multiple phases including mergers and acquisitions and public offerings. She’s now the CMO at Apigee, where she leads worldwide marketing team, including demand generation, product marketing, analyst relations, public relations, and brand strategy.

Prior to joining Apigee, Denise served as the CMO of ON24, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) webcasting and virtual communications company. Previous to her efforts at ON24, Denise was the EVP of global marketing at Genesys, a publicly traded company and leading SaaS provider of unified conferencing and collaboration services. At Genesys, she helped grow revenues tenfold from $20 million to $200 million and the product base rose to include 200 of the Global Fortune 500.

Denise holds a BA in Business Administration and Economics from Stockholm University and an MBA from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business.




Priya Nevrekar is Director, Strategic Ventures for NBCUniversal Digital Distribution. Since joining NBCUniversal, she has worked for the Mobile Content Venture (MCV), a joint venture comprised of 12 major broadcast groups including NBC, dedicated to deploying Dyle™ Mobile TV technology, enabling consumers to watch live broadcast television on their mobile devices while on-the-go. In this role, Nevrekar provides strategic oversight and fosters business relationships with content owners, distributors, app developers, chip manufacturers, and device and accessory makers. Most recently, she secured a partnership with Belkin to develop accessories that will enable smartphones and tablets to receive Dyle TV.

Prior to NBCUniversal, Nevrekar worked with the management consultancy A.T. Kearney, tackling operational and strategic challenges of Fortune 100 companies focusing on media and consumer packaged goods.

Previously, she served as an intern with NBCUniversal, where she evaluated video game opportunities for NBCU to play in the gaming market. She also interned with JibJab Media, where she assessed mobile opportunities for JibJab’s humorous content. She began her career in Finance at ABN Amro in Chicago.

Nevrekar holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University. She currently resides in New York City with her husband and son, Samit and Ram.



Rimma Perelmuter is CEO & Global Board Director at MEF (Mobile Ecosystem Forum), the global trade body that works with members to accelerate the growth of a sustainable mobile ecosystem, drives inclusion for all and delivers trusted services that enrich the lives of consumers.

She is passionate about the unique opportunities enabled by mobile as a platform for traditional sectors to deliver innovative consumer services & locally relevant solutions which empower citizens and support economic development.

Since its launch in 2001, Rimma has been a driving force at MEF, establishing it as the premier mobile trade association for the broadening mobile ecosystem and growing its global footprint with hubs in EMEA, Asia, North and Latin America. As CEO, she has a strategic and commercial role across the organisation focused upon MEF’s expanded remit to accelerate the mobile opportunity for its members.

As Co-­Founder of Women in Wireless UK in 2012, she launched the UK Development Committee which delivered a Personal Development & Inspiration speaker series and the ‘UK State of Play’ survey. More recently, she has championed WiW’s UK strategy & governance policy to advance its growth ambitions.

Previously, Rimma worked for an internet start­up and several global trade associations based in Washington DC. A bi­lingual English­Russian speaker, she holds a Masters degree from the London School of Economics and a Bachelors degree from Cornell University.


Kristine M. Newman is a long-time mobile industry veteran and a leader in Women in Wireless since its founding. Kristine served as Women in Wireless’s co-President in 2013 and 2014 bringing the organization up to a membership of 10,000 with nine chapters worldwide.

Kristine is currently SVP, Mobile Engagement at WPP’s Cohn & Wolfe, and head of ME-24, Cohn & Wolfe's Mobile Engagement unit. Kristine is responsible for leading and growing the mobile business for Cohn & Wolfe, including leading mobile strategy for major accounts and promoting mobile as part of Cohn & Wolfe’s integrated marketing solutions leveraging a joint venture with Joule, a global leader in mobile and multiscreen marketing.

Prior Kristine worked in many areas of the mobile industry for clients including Coca Cola and Procter & Gamble and for companies including Accenture, the Mobile Marketing Association and Vindigo, the company who built the world’s best-selling mobile app in 2006.

Kristine was selected as one of Mobile Marketer’s “Mobile Women to Watch” in 2010, and has been featured in industry articles and participated as a speaker and panelist at many industry conferences including Ad:Tech New York.
